"Oscar Trivia: Day 2" The Only Movies To SWEEP The Major Award Categories by Tim Nasson January 4, 2008
Think of the thousands upon thousands of movies released in movie theaters during the past - nearly - 100 years. Only three have won the five TOP Oscars - Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Screenplay. "I can smell your c-u-n- t" - remember that line from the mouth of Dr. Hannibal Lechter (Anthony Hopkins) to Clarice Starling (Jodie Foster)... in "The Silence of the Lambs?" More amazing than the quote, at least for the folk, such as me, (thirty six and getting older by the day), "The Silence of the Lambs" is almost 20 years old. If you want to see how "Hannibal" started out... watch the "Hannibal Rising Trailer" The only three movies to win the five Major Oscars in Academy Awards history...
