The Wild side: The movie 42 is the powerful story of Jackie Robinson, the legendary baseball player who broke Major League Baseball's color barrier when he joined the roster of the Brooklyn Dodgers. Harrison Ford stars Academy Award nominee Harrison Ford (Witness) as the innovative Dodger's general manager Branch Rickey, the MLB executive who first signed Jackie Robinson to the minors and then helped to bring him up to the show, and Chadwick Boseman (The Express) as Jackie Robinson, the heroic black baseball player who was the first man to break the color line in the big leagues.

The Movie facts: Warner Bros. bombed at the end of the 2012 MLB season with their Clint Eastwood starrer Trouble With The Curve. Expect another loss with 42, in theaters at the beginning of the 2013 MLB season from the same movie studio.
