The About face: A sequel to the movie Machete, which was a sequel to the short film Machete, which appeared between the double feature length films Planet Terror and Grindhouse in the year 2007.

The Wild side: In the movie Machete Kills, Machete is recruited by the U.S. Government for a mission which would be impossible for any mortal man.

Machete must battle his way through Mexico to take down a madman cartel leader and an eccentric billionaire arms dealer who has hatched a plan to spread war across the planet with a weapon in space.

Machete takes on an army in an effort to dismantle a plan for global anarchy.

The Movie facts: Director Robert Rodriguez has not had a hit movie, (a box office spectacular), since Sin City, and has only directed the box office stinkers Shorts and Spy Kids 4 and Machete, since his marginal success Planet Terror in 2007.
