The first Fifty Shades movie, Fifty Shades of Grey, earned $166 million at the U.S. box office when it was released in 2015. The second film in the franchise, Fifty Shades Darker, arrived in theaters in 2017 and took in $114 million at the box office.
Fifty Shades Freed is the final film in the franchise.
