Yes, "Pirates 3" was the #1 movie, when it came to box office status for the #1 movie of the weekend.

But, as you can see, by perusing the list below, Universal Pictures should be very happy since their "Knocked Up" was the #1 movie of the weekend, when it came to 'per-screen-average.'
