"Arthur and the Vengeance of Maltazard Trailer" - First Look "Arthur and the Vengeance of Maltazard" - In Theaters December 2009  "Arthur and the Vengeance of Maltazard" - As if the Madonna voiced "Arthur And The Invisibles" wasn't a huge bomb in the United States - grossing a stunning $15 million, we have its sequel, "Arthur and the Vengeance of Maltazard," or "Arthur And the Invisibles 2," bursting into theaters in 2009. Why, you may ask, would an animated movie that cost over $85 million to produce and grossed only $15 million state side, earn rights to a sequel? Simply because "Arthur And The Invisibles" took in virtually $100 million at the movie box office overseas, and the same amount when it was released on DVD - overseas. American straight men and women may not like Madonna, but the Europeans and everyone other than US citizens seemed to have lined up in droves with their children with their Euros and dracmas to buy tickets to "Arthur And The Invisibles" and they will be treated to the sequel - "Arthur and the Vengeance of Maltazard." Bet your bottom dollar, however, that one of the worst two studios in Hollywood, when it comes to their marketing team - "The Weinstein Co."+ - which released "Arthur And The Invisibles" in the United States, won't be invited back to participate in helping with its US release. (The second most dreadful marketing team in Hollywood - MGM+.) So far, Madonna has NOT signed on to lend her voice to "Arthur and the Vengeance of Maltazard."
