"Hamlet 2" - Behind The Scenes

"Hamlet 2" - In the irreverent comedy, a failed actor-turned-worse-high-school-drama teacher (Steve Coogan) rallies his Tucson, AZ students as he conceives and stages a politically incorrect musical sequel to Shakespeare's Hamlet - a play in which no one dies.

Focus Features is playing up the fact that "Hamlet 2" was written by the co-writer of the "South Park Movie" and "Team America."

"Hamlet 2" had its world premiere at - and was the comedy smash of - the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.

"Hamlet 2" is a gross-out teen film, replete with #2 jokes, as can be seen in the R-rated "Hamlet 2" movie trailer below!
