"Wonder Woman 2009" - In the animated, direct to DVD "Wonder Woman Movie," Amazon princess Diana rescues Steve Trevor, an Air Force pilot who crashes on her island. Intrigued by her first exposure to the outside world, she leaves the island and becomes the superhero known as "Wonder Woman."

This animated "Wonder Woman" movie is not to be confused with the upcoming live action "Wonder Woman" - most likely in theaters 2010 - and perhaps starring Beyonce in the lead.
