“Fear the Walking Dead” is an AMC companion series to the hugely popular AMC show “The Walking Dead.” The newer program, “Fear the Walking Dead”, is the brainchild of Robert Kirkman, the writer of the Walking Dead comic book series. “Fear the Walking Dead” is set in Los Angeles, California and, like “The Walking Dead”, follows the lives of survivors battling through a zombie apocalypse. Unlike “The Walking Dead”, though, “Fear the Walking Dead” mainly focuses on one family – Madison, Travis, Alicia and Nick – as they resolve their deep-rooted differences and learn to adapt to a new lifestyle.
