Many people build a snowman when Mother Nature deposits enough snow to do so. In what looks like a nice, quiet community, a snowman shows up wearing a pink scarf. The pink scarf is found to belong to a young woman who has mysteriously gone missing. This snowman does not look like a friendly snowman that could have been built by a few kids or a family, but rather like someone demented could have built it. Detectives and residents must try to figure out who built the snowman, where the woman went and who may have participated in the disappearance.
