The movie Bad Boys 3, AKA Bad Boys For Life, reunites Will Smith and Martin Lawrence fifteen after the second film in the franchise. Marcus Burnett is now a police inspector and Mike Lowery is in a midlife crisis. They unite again when an Albanian mercenary, whose brother they killed, promises them an important bonus.
The first in the series, Bad Boys, was released in 1995 and took in $65 million at the U.S. box office.
The sequel, Bad Boys 2, arrived in theaters in 2003 and did the virtually impossible. It took in more than double of that of the original at the box office, over $138 million.
