Doctor Strange 2 (which has the official title Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness) is the next chapter for the Marvel super hero Doctor Strange. Benedict Cumberbatch returns as Stephen Strange, the good doctor-turned-master of the mystic arts. Benedict Wong returns as his right-hand man, Wong. Rachael McAdams returns as Doctor Strange’s love interest.
Originally scheduled for release on May 7, 2021, the film’s production was put on ice due to Wuhan coronavirus. Its new, tentative, release date is March 25, 2022.
